AKA: Becky’s Dad! Denny has lived in Webster City for 31 years. After moving from Omaha, he worked for Ralston Purina for 25 years and worked his way up the ladder to the corporate office until he “retired” in 2004. Becky is so lucky to be able to use his wisdom and knowledge in running a business. Denny is a little man with lot’s of energy who claims he’s taught Becky “everything she knows”. (We’ll just keep letting him think that!) We welcome Denny, and his wisdom, back to our WC and IF offices! And feel free to give him a hard time, anytime! Denny is also the manager of “Reflections of Dance, Boutique” in Webster City!

Brady Harfst-Office Manager-W.C.

AKA: Becky’s oldest son. Brady is 17 years old and will be a senior. Brady is returning for his second full year in the office. Most of you know him as our “emcee” at the recital. He’s been announcing since he was in first grade. Brady has been involved in high school cross-country, band and chorus, the auxiliary percussionist for the high school show choir, the Lynx Mascot, on the WCTV staff since 2008, participated in high school theater and Webster City Community Theater and rode RAGBRAI with his dad and grandpa Denny for the fifth year in a row. His mom is truly happy to have Brady working in the TDC office!

Michelle has lived in Webster City for thirteen years. She is the wife of Al and the mom of Tyler, a senior, Brandon, a freshman and Halle a 1st grader who is starting her 4th year of dance at The Dance Connection. Michelle is involved in many activities all of which revolve around her kids. She is very excited to be a part of The Dance Connection team! Becky and TDC staff welcome Michelle and look forward to working with her!!

Casey is the mother of Josie, Natalie and Brady and is married to Danny. Casey danced from the time she was three until she graduated from WCHS. She also danced in the adult class for three years! She enjoys being the dancing mama of Josie and Natalie and loves watching them dance/compete at TDC. This year Casey will be doing some P.R. work for TDC. –getting our name and success out to the public.! We are happy Casey has decided to join our TDC staff family!

Julie has been active in our studio from the very beginning. Her oldest daughter, Melissa, began dancing the second year our studio was open and recently graduated from UNI. Three years later daughter number two, Sarah, began dancing and is currently attending ICCC and dances on their dance team! Julie is married to a pretty awesome dance dad, Darryl. Along with being an active and awesome dance mom herself, Julie has designed our recital programs for at least seventeen years! She is a 7th and 8th grade computer teacher at the Webster City Middle School and the Project Explorer (TAG) teacher at the elementary schools. She will continue helping with our accounting/bookkeeping program for both TDC studios. We are thankful to have Julie in the office to help keep us on our toes!
